Oral presentation
All oral presentations have been allocated 15 minutes. The 15-minute time slot must include the presentation, questions, discussion, and the transition to the next presentation. Speakers should prepare a 12-13 minute presentation to allow 2-3 minutes for questions. Most speakers cover one to two slides per minute.
All presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint (file extension .pptx) or PDF (file extension .pdf).
The presentation language must be ENGLISH.

To optimize the transition among Authors and to face with the tight schedule of the program, all presentations must be uploaded in the online repository by starting from September 23, 2024.
In order to ensure an optimal delivery of your presentation, please stick to the following guidelines in the preparation of your presentation:
- Your presentation should be 16:9 formatted.
- Preferred page set-up is landscape orientation (portrait orientation will not be displayed correctly).
- Use standard Windows fonts only. Try to avoid use of non-standard Windows fonts or language specific fonts.
- Video: we strongly suggest WMV or MP4 as video formats. To avoid any issue with movies and loops, presentations should be saved as a .pptx files.
- Apple Keynote users: Please export your presentation and select pptx format in the advanced option dialog. Check your presentation on a Windows-operated computer (preferably Win 10).
A wireless presenter with laser pointer will be available in each session room.

Poster presentation
The poster boards are provided with an identification code matching the paper to be presented.
The poster boards are 900mm wide by 2050mm high (from the floor).
Patafix will be provided. Do not use any other material or product to affix your poster to the board.
The poster must be set-up on Wednesday morning from 8:30 and removed in the afternoon from 16:30 to 17:30.
Any posters left after the removal period will be disposed by the Conference Secretariat.

Paper submission
FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION (closed)
An updated version of the submitted paper can be uploaded by Sunday July 14, 2024 (23:59 CEST) by using the FINAL_SUBMISSION form.
Note that a slightly revised version of the paper can be submitted even if no comments have been raised by the Reviewers (for example, corrections to improve typographical errors/grammar/spelling are allowed). All changes will be subject to a further review.

The deadline for the submission is May 31 2024 June 10, 2024.
Authors are invited to submit papers in PDF format, with a minimum length of two and a maximum length of four A4 pages. Please use the following templates:
